(SFDC - DATA MIGRATION) (5 to 8 years) (Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad) What%27s this role about . Analyze and validate the complete set of objects to be migrated for R4 . Provide data requirements, business rules for mapping data, and approve deduplication logic between source systems to the new target data models . Update data migration strategy and approach for extracting, transforming, and loading data . Configure Trimble Data Migration Toolkit solution in Trimble environment with source and target systems in scope for R4 . Provide access to source systems for data extraction and/or file based extracts based on predefined fs for in scope objects and systems . Design and build the business rules to migrate the data from the existing systems to the new target system . Design and build transformation rules for migrating the data . Mapping of source to destination fields for in scope objects . Profile extracted data sets for data quality, duplication, and completeness . Provide product, pricing, and bundle configuration requirements and mapping from legacy to new product codes . Remediate issues required for data migration related to data quality exceptions, missing data details, CDH, and data duplication/merging in integrated systems (e.g. Oracle, entitlement management, etc.) that will not be handled by transformation logic . Build and run data migration programs and scripts . Develop reporting process and metrics to verify the results of the data migration . Perform validation of the migrated data for completeness and accuracy based on the data mapping and transformation rules . Migrate data into SIT and UAT environments for conducting functional testing on the migrated data . Identify and manage availability testers to complete business data validations and reconciliation of migrated data within project testing cycle schedules . Create data migration production loading jobs and run book . Create data migration plan .
