Skills : Salesforce B2B CPQ Exp : 08 - 12 Years Location : Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Delhi / Kolkata : Minimum of five years in direct-to-consumer eCommerce experience (Relevant Salesforce B2B Commerce experience or equivalent) in the areas of solution design, information architecture, systems integration, data modeling, user experience and/or project management. Hands-on experience implementing at least two B2B commerce solution (checkout process, item configurations, payment method, tax calculations, freight & handling charges, order sync from backend systems, status updates) for other customers in the past Integrate B2B commerce cloud with 3rd party/backend systems leveraging a middleware/ webservices etc. Experience working on Marketing, Sales, Service & experience cloud, CPQ General working knowledge of B2B Commerce Systems Architecture and commerce user flow (e.g. - product and pricing integrations, shipping and tax integrations, checkout flow and integrations to ERP and fulfillment systems, etc.) Experience with B2B Classic, B2B LE, B2C B2B Commerce Lightning Experience Accredited Professional Advanced working knowledge of B2B Commerce Systems Architecture and commerce user flow (e.g. - product and pricing integrations, shipping and tax integrations, checkout flow and integrations to ERP and fulfillment systems, etc.) Experience with Salesforce Dataloader 3+ year experience on Salesforce Flows Knowledge of (or experience with) SDLC (software development life cycle) is a plus Working knowledge of HTML, XML, APIs, JavaScript, and APEX web development languages. Proven results in delivering high value business outcomes utilizing an agile approach Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs Deep experience in working with integrations(REST, SOAP) and middleware platforms like dell boomi Domain knowledge of payments (credit card payment) and taxation Key Responsibilities: Support & enhance the existing B2B Solution Support & enhance the existing B2B integrations with the backend systems Onboarding the new products on the B2B platform Salesforce deployments Serve as a trusted advisor to the client Support & enhance the existing CPQ solution - Add product interface updates, product & pricing rules, Quote templates, Contract & Subscription and Order integration. CPQ best practices based on business needs & requirements Identify and lead internal pivotal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serve as an active contributor to the community\'s overall knowledge base and expertise Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying new technologies that drive increased business value Work collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking across various levels of a client organization Identify and proactively lead risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution Handle customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners Review and accurate project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward Drive a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform
