About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce (SFDC) Architect

with a strong background in

real estate operations and CRM automation

. The role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that align with the organization's business goals, ensuring seamless integration across sales, pre-sales, CRM, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

Define and implement scalable Salesforce architecture tailored to real estate business workflows.

System Integration:

Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business systems such as marketing, ERP, and customer portals.

Customization & Optimization:

Design automation flows, data models, and reports that enhance team productivity and client management.

Technical Leadership:

Mentor the SFDC development and admin teams; ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, CRM, and IT teams to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.

Governance & Data Security:

Maintain compliance with data protection laws, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.

Performance Enhancement:

Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions for scalability and stability.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of Salesforce experience

, including

3+ years in an Architect or Lead role

. Proven experience implementing Salesforce in

real estate or property management domains

. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and system integrations. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations. Salesforce

Application Architect / Technical Architect certification

preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

100% uptime and seamless functioning of Salesforce platform. Successful implementation of new modules with zero business disruption. Reduced manual processes through automation and workflow optimization. Enhanced reporting accuracy and faster decision-making support for management.
