Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM system. Create reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations. Ensure seamless integration between teams and maintain data hygiene. Provide training and support to sales and CRM users. Coordinate with developers for system enhancements.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong understanding of CRM workflows and reporting. Certification in Salesforce Administration preferred. Excellent problem-solving and data management skills.

Smooth and optimized SFDC platform performance. 100% data accuracy and integrity. Timely report generation and issue resolution.
