Development & Customization:
Configure and build within FSC, using tools like Apex, SOQL, Flow, OmniStudio, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Data Management:
Implement data models for financial entities, including accounts, assets, policies, and transactions.
Integration:
Connect FSC with third-party systems (e.g., core banking, ERP, APIs).
Client Engagement:
Utilize FSC's Relationship Center for 360-degree client views and manage action plans and referrals.
Collaboration:
Work with business stakeholders, developers, and users in Agile/Scrum settings.
Support & Training:
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training for end-users.
Core Skills & Knowledge
Strong Salesforce platform fundamentals (Profiles, Permissions, APIs).
