Job Description

:

Solution Design:

Translate business needs into scalable FSC solutions, designing features for complex financial scenarios.

Development & Customization:

Configure and build within FSC, using tools like Apex, SOQL, Flow, OmniStudio, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Data Management:

Implement data models for financial entities, including accounts, assets, policies, and transactions.

Integration:

Connect FSC with third-party systems (e.g., core banking, ERP, APIs).

Client Engagement:

Utilize FSC's Relationship Center for 360-degree client views and manage action plans and referrals.

Collaboration:

Work with business stakeholders, developers, and users in Agile/Scrum settings.

Support & Training:

Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training for end-users.

Core Skills & Knowledge

Strong Salesforce platform fundamentals (Profiles, Permissions, APIs). Deep understanding of the FSC data model. Experience with specific FSC modules (Client Engagement, Compliance, etc.). Proficiency in development (Apex, LWC) and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder). Knowledge of the financial services industry and best practices. * Agile/Scrum methodologies.
