Hiring for SF Employee Central Payroll - Bangalore,Kolkata
Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize the ECP module, including payroll schemas, wage types, off-cycle processes, and business rules
2 Integration: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Employee Central, ECP, and other third-party systems, such as SAP FI, Time Management, and benefits providers
3 Data Management: Perform data migration, conduct parallel runs, and manage data replication between Employee Central and ECP
4 Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and ensure system efficiency, which can include applying SAP updates and patches
5 Compliance and Reporting: Ensure payroll processes comply with all relevant regulations, and configure and run statutory and payroll reports
6 Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing payroll processes and conduct root cause analysis for system issues
