. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in garment stitching using industrial sewing machines, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Stitch garments as per design specifications and production requirements Operate various types of industrial sewing machines (e.g., single needle, overlock, flatlock, etc.) Follow quality standards and ensure proper finishing of garments Handle fabric carefully to avoid damage or wastage Work collaboratively with pattern masters and quality control teams Meet daily/weekly production targets Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Stitcher / Tailor / Sewing Machine Operator Familiarity with different fabrics, patterns, and sewing techniques Ability to work with speed and accuracy Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physically fit and capable of standing or sitting for extended periods
