Job Summary:
Responsible for the
installation, maintenance, and repair
of motors and pumps at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain industrial motors and pumps
Troubleshoot and repair equipment onsite
Maintain service records and prepare reports
Communicate effectively with customers
Adhere to safety standards and company policies
Frequent travel to customer locations as required
Eligibility Criteria:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
0-2 years experience (freshers with training welcome)
Basic knowledge of motors, pumps, and electrical systems
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Willing to travel and work independently
Physically fit and safety-conscious
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
?15,000 - ?17,000 per month
Accommodation provided during field assignments
