Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for print (brochures, flyers, banners, posters) and digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, online advertisements).- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the hotels brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, fonts, and logo usage across all marketing materials.- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and events teams to create visual assets for promotions, events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.- Photography & Editing: Assist in selecting or taking photographs and editing them for use in marketing collateral.- Social Media Content: Create captivating designs for the hotels social media profiles, including banners, advertisements, posts, and stories.- Website & Digital Assets: Design assets for the hotel's website, including banner ads, promotional graphics, and email templates.- Campaign Design: Support the marketing team in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors (printers, digital agencies) to ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery of materials.- Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to revise and improve designs as needed.- Monitor Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the brand's visual presence.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.- 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.Working Conditions:- Full-time position.- Some flexibility with working hours, including potential for weekend and evening work depending on hotel events and deadlines.
