Job Summary:

The IT & Set-Up Executive will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of IT systems and Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) at client sites. This field role involves troubleshooting, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective installations.

Key Responsibilities:

.Install, configure, and upgrade software, IT systems, and equipment (CCTV, smartboards, desktops).

.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain IT and surveillance systems for optimal performance.

.Set up and update Windows operating systems, resolving any related issues.

.Provide training and demos on IT equipment usage (CCTV, smartboards, desktops

IFP Installation & Setup:

Install and configure Interactive Flat Panels, ensuring proper integration with IT systems and networks.

IT System Installation:

Set up hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications at client locations.

Technical Support:

Provide on-site troubleshooting for IT systems and IFPs, resolving issues promptly.

Network Setup:

Assist with network device installation (routers, switches) and ensure stable connectivity.

Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients, provide training on IFP usage, and offer ongoing support.

Documentation:

Record installation details and provide post-installation reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

ITI / Diploma, or related field.

Experience:

Freshers.

Skills:

Proficient with IFP installation, IT hardware, software setup, and network troubleshooting.

Work Environment:

Field-based role with frequent travel to client sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
