S/E/SE Technology Quality Management (m/f/d)

Implements quality standards in projects in his / her responsibility (e.g. processes, methods, requirements for tools).
Ensures quality planning and technology quality related activities in project phase. Your tasks:

• Analysis of Customer Requirements
• 
  Supports development with regard to quality planning and customer standards, including (but not limited to)
  
  • Participates in RFQs
  • Prepares, agrees and follows up APQP acc. customer requirements
  • Participates and prepares quality Input for D-FMEA
  • Monitors release status of components
  • Agrees the documents’ content, time line and requirements for initial sampling with costumer
• 
  Project Quality Core Team Member / engineers are key interface of Customer Project team for all Quality matters :
  
  • Supports the plant in all quality relevant activities (P-FMEA, Control plan, etc...)
  • Participate in customer visits / audits
  • Participate in supplier audits (if required)
• Escalates major project quality issues during Project Management or Technical committees
• Monitors compliance with and works according to relevant LEONI requirements
• Reporting and monitoring KPIs
• Participate in project reviews internal / customer site
• Travel to production or to customer plants to monitor product quality
  

Your skills:

• Level of education: University degree
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Root Cause Analysis
• Complaint Monitoring/Handling
• Quality Tools and Techniques
• Quality Management
• Failure mode and effects analysis
• IT: Reporting tools ; LEOparts ; LEOproject
• Languages: Excellent English skills in both written and spoken communication (minimum B2). German is of advantage
