Could you be the full-time Apriso SES Expert in Bangalore we're looking for?




The Digital Service team supports the maintenance business across several processes: warranty, maintenance, and service execution. One of the team's major roles is to design, deliver, and support the Service Execution System (SES) based on DELMIA-Apriso platform technology for Alstom projects worldwide.



The SES Expert is responsible for supporting application upgrades and driving the development of new capabilities and functional process improvements within the application. The role also involves contributing to innovative topics that enhance efficiency, usability, and long-term value for the business (such as, offline execution, automatic scheduling of operations, natural language processing...)



The SES Expert is expected to master core DELMIA-Apriso development, leveraging its underlying .NET, JS, SQL Server, and DELMIA-Apriso framework development and transport suite.



He/she is also expected to take a leading role in designing and implementing robust solutions, ensuring code quality, and driving best practices across development teams. The role involves providing technical leadership, delivering and validating critical developments, and guiding the evolution of the platform to meet business and operational needs at scale.

Responsibilities :

As an SES specialist, you are in charge of :



Contributing to the continuous improvement of ALSTOM's SES (Service Execution System) Core Model. Leading complex technical delivery. Supporting BPOs in the requirements gathering phase. Analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional service execution processes. Supporting architects and project managers in project scoping and planning. Preparing test scenarios and performing end-to-end testing to validate compliance with business requirements. Ensuring that the SES Core Model (solution, processes & rules) is fully documented, evolves consistently, and remains aligned with corporate standards. Bringing innovation into the Core Model evolution in line with metier strategy (e.g., NLP, predictive maintenance, scheduling optimization). The SES application functional flows includes Corrective, preventive, overhaul, and repair-to-stock service execution.

Education :

Engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology.

Experience :

Around 5+ years of development and configuration experience on Dassault Apriso solution (v2022 or higher). Proven track record in maintenance-related processes (configuration management, corrective/preventive maintenance). Experience in leading external partners in their run activities across multiple sites is a strong asset.

Skills :

Action-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter, result-oriented, and able to work autonomously. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for worldwide, multicultural environments. Agile and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping the big picture. Strong leadership in vendor management, partner coordination, and scaling solutions globally. English expertise is mandatory, both spoken and written. The SES Specialist will join an experienced, collaborative team already in place, ensuring smooth integration into ongoing projects while contributing fresh expertise to support the platform's global growth.
