Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails related to device protection or service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding service status, warranty, and repair processes.
Coordinate with service centers, logistics partners, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain customer interaction records and feedback in CRM.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely updates and professional communication.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language preferred).
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of mobile devices, warranty, and service process.
Proficient in MS Office or CRM tools.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
