Position Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Servify's overall marketing strategy, encompassing brand management, social media marketing, supporting sales efforts through marketing collateral and engagement programs, driving internal communications, and contributing to PR and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a data-driven marketer with a passion for building brands and driving business growth.Responsibilities:1. Brand Marketing:- Lead the ideation and execution of brand marketing campaigns for Servify, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.- Own the entire 360-degree campaign process, including media planning and placement.- Track and analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.2. PR & Thought Leadership Support:- Collaborate with the PR agency to define and execute Servify's PR strategy.- Ideation and creation of though leadership pieces across articles, reports.- Manage and curate the company blog, based on industry insights, ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.- Track and analyze PR results, providing regular reports and insights.3. Social Media Management:- Engage with an agency (or manage in-house) to define and execute the social media strategy and management for Servify across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.- Ensure social media strategy and creative content are customized for each channel and target audience.- Oversee the creation of engaging and informative social media content (text, images, videos, etc.).- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.- Manage social media budget and track campaign performance4. Sales Support:- Work closely with the sales and channel teams to provide POS collateral support, ensuring materials are aligned with brand guidelines and sales objectives.- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and creatives, providing regular reports and insights to the sales team.- Launch engagement programs and contests for POS executives to incentivize sales of Servify's products.- Support sales teams in planning and executing Rewards & Recognition (RnR) programs, events, and collateral development.- Work closely with the sales team to build case studies, client testimonials for Servify.5. Internal Communications:- Collaborate with the HR team on internal employee engagement activities, contributing marketing expertise and resources.- Manage the company LinkedIn page in collaboration with HR, identifying content pegs and promoting employee stories.- Support internal events, branding initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
