• Order Management and Task related to this for internal and trade spare parts order
• Meeting stipulated parts on time guidelines
• Interaction with necessary functions within and outside of the organization in order to ensure fulfillment of orders
• Works collaboratively with business partners to develop, and execute, communications with America Field Service Organization and Trade Organization
• Order Entry for Expense orders, Interim Orders based on request from Field Organization
• Claim/Escalation Handling Receive customer escalations, process them internally and work on resolution
• Supports development of operational improvements to achieve zero defects in the processes
• This is a Team Leader Role who is expected to lead 5 to 6 people in night shift working closely with America's Stakeholders, Supervisor in order to drive organizational objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate with around 4 years of experience preferably in supply chain/logistics or customer service function.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, Leadership skills and Good exposure on project management is desirable.
• Candidates must have strong problem solving as well as analytical skills and have ability to communicate effectively with people across the globe.
• Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office, Presentation, Excel etc..
• Open to work in flexible shifts, this role is in Night Shift (9:00 PM to 5:30 PM IST & 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM IST as per day light saving calendar)
• Has demonstrated leadership skills in process & performance management, Change management, Stakeholder Management (~3 yrs)
