Role Build and/or maintain software solutions according to functional specifications. Collaborate with Industry Process Consultants to develop a best-fit software solution to meet the customer\'s requirements. Play a significant role in the iterative development process, to test and refine the software in response to feedback from the customer and the project team. . Be part of an international team of highly experienced technical consultants to deliver complex supply chain and optimization solutions. . Deliver project implementations to a truly diverse industry portfolio on daily basis, such as High-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Natural Resources, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Transportation & Mobility and various other industries. . Technical Expert in interpreting business requirements, processes and logic into product solutions while working alongside business consultants and QA\'s locally and across multiple geographies. . Be part of exciting proof of concept (POC) projects that supports the presales/sales organization. . Responsible for making the solution right while taking on a DevOps like development strategy utilizing cutting edge technology that focuses on customer experience and business value. . Ensure sufficient level of testing, unit tests, integration test and systems tests are done effectively. . Work in collaboration with R&D to enhance or build new industry wide solutions. Requirements . At minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent level of studies in other fields are welcome. . Hands on development and coding experience in Object Oriented (OO) programming i.e. 3GLs (Java, C++, Delphi, Smalltalk, Eiffel) or 4GLs (G2, Aion , etc.) . Good understanding of object-oriented (UML) modelling is preferred. . Passionate about developing highly complex solutions for industry market leaders. . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. . Strong functional skills, with the passion to understand industry processes and practices. . Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
