We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Services Renewal Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the renewal process for service contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely renewals, and revenue retention. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships and supporting recurring business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and drive the renewal process for assigned customer accounts.
Prepare and send renewal quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Finance teams to resolve pricing, billing, and contract issues.
Track renewal status, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate customer records.
Identify and escalate risks of non-renewals or customer dissatisfaction.
Provide customers with clear and timely information about service entitlements, contract terms, and renewal options.
Forecast and report on renewal performance and revenue targets.
Support process improvements to streamline and automate renewal workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of experience in renewals, customer success, or account management preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
