Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
Services Marketing Manager
to lead, strategize, and implement marketing efforts for our IPR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B services marketing, preferably in legal, consulting, or technical services. You will play a key role in building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on universities, startups, MSMEs, and innovators.
Design and implement quarterly marketing roadmaps and service promotions.
Create targeted campaigns around patent, design, and copyright services (e.g., Design-a-thon, Idea Checker tool promotion, etc.)

Content & Digital Marketing
Supervise content creation for website, social media, LinkedIn, email newsletters, and blog posts.
Coordinate production of reels, explainers, infographics, and case studies to demystify IPR.
Manage SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn Ads to boost inbound lead generation.
3.
Sales Enablement
Prepare sales collateral, pitch decks, pricing kits, and presentations for outreach.
Train team on marketing scripts and client segmentation.
Track marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support conversion to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
4.
Event & Community Engagement
Organize webinars, workshops, and bootcamps in collaboration with academic and startup ecosystems.
Represent Lexgin IP at legal/tech events, incubators, and IP summits when needed.
5.
Performance Tracking
Track campaign metrics, lead sources, client acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI.
Prepare monthly performance reports for review with leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing professional services (IP, legal, consulting, or B2B tech).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, social media, and basic design (Canva, PPT, etc.)
Familiarity with the Indian IP ecosystem and startup space is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Self-starter with ability to handle multi-channel campaigns.
Insightful understanding of service positioning, customer journey, and trust-based marketing.
Ability to coordinate across legal, sales, and technical teams.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
