Head of Services - IoTCompany: Our Client is a leading IoT solutions provider based out of Bangalore, empowering businesses across industries with innovative technology.Position: Seeking a Head of Services to oversee service delivery and support operations for IoT solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and business success.Location: BengaluruDays of working: Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 6 pmResponsibilities:- Strategic planning & execution- End to end service delivery management- Client relationship management- Team leadership & mentorship- Quality assurance & process optimization- Performance monitoring & analysis- Market research & innovationQualifications: BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/CSE - MBA would be an added advantageExperience:- Around 12 years- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in IoT or related industry- Proficiency in IoT technologies and project management- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills
