Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: S-16 South Side GT Road Industrial area Ghaziabad

Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (or relevant discipline)

Experience:

6-7 years of experience in machinery installation, servicing, and maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and service industrial machinery and equipment at client sites Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation Provide technical training and guidance to client operators and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with safety standards during servicing and operations Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical basics Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of machinery Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Good communication and client-handling skills Problem-solving and analytical mindset Willingness to travel for onsite service and support
