experience in : CNC machine assembly, maintenance, and precision engineering. Skilled in spindle assembly, CNC machine geometry adjustment, electrical troubleshooting, and grinding operations. Trained at Mazak HQ, Japan, with expertise in Japanese manufacturing standards. Proven team leader with a strong problem-solving mindset and experience in process optimization, preventive maintenance, and production KPI management.

1) Provide After Sales support & address customer enquiries and resolve machine-related issues.

2) Guided clients via telephone and on-site visits to enhance their understanding of machinery operation and maintenance

3) Installed and configured new CNC machine tools at client locations, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards

4) Performed preventative maintenance on CNC, VMC, HMC, Sliding Head machines like Brother Citizen ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

5) Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on various machines, including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Brother controllers.

6) Conducted performance analysis of various machines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

7) Provided technical support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

8) Conduct training sessions for customers on machine operation and maintenance,
