Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Schedule service appointments and manage job cards in the DMS system.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds with customers to verify issues and recommend services.
Explain repair needs, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
Coordinate with the workshop and technicians for diagnosis and job execution.
Monitor work progress and keep customers updated on job status.
Upsell value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles post-service with quality assurance.
Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain service records and ensure documentation is complete.
Follow up post-service for customer satisfaction and future appointments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, service procedures, and products.
Proficient in using dealership management software (DMS) and MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
