Essential Skills:
1. Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
2. Develop custom applications and enhancements aligned with business requirements.
3. Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
4. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
5. Build automation workflows leveraging ServiceNow capabilities (Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
7. Explore and implement NOW Assist and Agentic AI features to enhance user experience and productivity.
8. Stay updated on ServiceNow's AI roadmap and recommend innovative use cases.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Security, Compliance).
10. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance policies.
11. Proven experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, or custom apps).
12. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIs.
13. Familiarity with automation tools within ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
14. Exposure to NOW Assist and Agentic AI or willingness to learn and implement AI-driven features.
