Hiring for SERVICENOW_Chennai
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow components including Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide API.
Maintain and support existing ServiceNow solutions.
Manage platform upgrades and apply best practices to minimize disruption.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement and manage ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge
