We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Manager to oversee and manage our ServiceNow platform development, environment strategies, and release management. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations across development, testing, and production environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee ServiceNow development environments, ensuring stability, availability, and alignment with organizational standards.
Manage update sets, movements between environments, and overall release readiness.
Coordinate and lead ServiceNow development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and plan roadmaps.
Ensure platform upgrades and patches are applied seamlessly, with minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Manager, Architect, or Senior Developer.
Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow development, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Expertise in update sets, release management, and environment strategies.
Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs), and ServiceNow Studio.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Architect) preferred.
