We are hiring a

ServiceNow Technical Lead

to take charge of platform development, guide technical teams, and ensure delivery of world-class ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities across configuration, integration, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and configuration across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and HRSD. Translate business/functional needs into robust, scalable technical implementations. Serve as the go-to expert for development and integration best practices. Take ownership of module/component delivery with hands-on implementation. Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce standards. Provide effort estimations and lead sprint deliverables. Support technical troubleshooting and resolve complex platform issues. Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and external teams to ensure seamless delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement of platform capabilities and delivery processes. Act as backup to Solution Architect when needed. Bonus: Experience in AI-driven features or solutions is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform delivery. Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations. Demonstrated leadership in agile environments and fast-paced delivery cycles. Familiarity with ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
