ServiceNow Technical Architect - AI Implementation
is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing AI-driven capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures scalable, secure, and value-driven adoption of ServiceNow AI offerings, aligned with enterprise architecture standards and measurable business outcomes.
The architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, functional architects, and development teams to define AI strategy, create technical designs, and deliver an implementation roadmap while ensuring platform governance, performance, and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Architecture
Define and own the AI architecture strategy for ServiceNow implementations.
Assess data quality, historical data availability, and CMDB maturity to determine AI readiness.
Define data pipelines, AI model training strategies, and retraining cycles.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate ServiceNow AI capabilities, including:
Predictive Intelligence
Now Assist
Virtual Agent
AIOps
AI Search
Document Intelligence
Design & Implementation
Lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of AI/ML use cases on the ServiceNow platform.
Enable Now Assist capabilities for:
Case summarization
Resolution notes generation
Knowledge article creation
Design and implement integrations required for AI data ingestion (CMDB, historical tickets, logs, events).
Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and performant.
Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and custom code.
Governance & Enablement
Enforce platform governance and architectural best practices.
Mentor developers and technical leads on ServiceNow AI features and advanced platform capabilities.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
