Key Highlights:

Strong hands-on experience with CMDB (must-have)

Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, SecOps

Skilled in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs

Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and backlog grooming

-

Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications

-

Comfortable working in agile environments and leading technical workshops

Your Role Will Include:

Designing and maintaining platform architecture

-

Building Service Catalogs and workflows

-

Handling escalations, root cause analysis, and change implementations

-

Collaborating with architects and platform administrators.

Driving discovery tools and resolving CMDB quality issues

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
