We have an exciting opportunity on the ESM team to hire an ESM Lead who is passionate about our Principle Based Management\xe2\x84\xa2 culture, servant leadership, developing talent, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our team to achieve strategic goals. As an ESM Lead, you will support your team while partnering with other ESM leaders to mentor and develop our global team and talent strategy. The perfect candidate will have a passion for building relationships, collaborating, and innovation.
Our Team
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Operations Lead with Development Experience in ServiceNow, (Ex: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM), ITIL best practices. You will be responsible for driving transformation, process optimization, and serving as a technical mentor. Your role will involve leading the team in providing comprehensive support for ESM solutions.
What You Will Do
Drive transformation, Innovation, and Accountability across operations team.
Technical owner of ESM platform ensuring seamless operations of ESM solutions built. Proactively identify and resolve incidents, minimize disruptions, and define processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify the gaps and improve the overall performance of the platform and identify automation opportunities within ESM.
Foster collaboration with DevOps teams to integrate ServiceNow into CI/CD pipelines, promoting seamless delivery of IT services. enhance IT operations, automate processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Evaluate AI/ML and other emerging features in ServiceNow potential impact, recommend their adoption, and drive innovation within the organization by leveraging advanced capabilities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Hands on experience in ServiceNow various modules
Strong development background
Good hands-on experience in creating IT workflows.
Experienced in leading transformational initiatives and influencing team members to adopt best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Individual contribution mindset and a go-getter attitude.
Experience with IT service management and ITIL best practices
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in ESG, Legal, SecOps, ServiceNow DevOps, ServiceNow Security Operations, etc.), Customer, Creator and Employee workflows
Certifications ServiceNow; Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Hands on Exp in IT workflows (ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow DevOps, ServiceNow Security Operations, etc.), Customer, Creator and Employee workflows
Strong development skills in JavaScript, Integrations, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with DevOps concepts.
Shift Timings : 4 PM to 12 AM
