Platform Support - L2 Admin Specialist
Mission
At Atlas Copco, the Platform Support Team plays a vital role in maintaining the robustness and efficiency of the ServiceNow program. As the L2 Admin Specialist, you will be pivotal in resolving complex incidents and service requests that our first level (L1) support team cannot address. This includes performing regular platform maintenance, monitoring system health, and ensuring that all functions align with our organizational goals. You will also interface with ServiceNow HI Support, managing escalations and delving into more intricate issues to enhance user satisfaction and system landscape.
