Roles & Responsibilities: * Focus on ITOM Development:

• Specialize in IT Operations Management (ITOM) development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver finalized ServiceNow solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications.
• Scripting and Coding:

• Proficient in JavaScript scripting and coding for ITOM solutions.
• Experience in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Knowledgeable and Familiar:

• Possess knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM offerings.
• Lead customers through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM.

Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum 7-9 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting and coding.
• Experience in ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM offerings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Comfortable working in US Shifts.
