Skills- Servicenow- SPM (Strategic portfolio Management) * Integrations Role and Accountabilities:
This will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record of implementing ServiceNow Platform to support the design, development, and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. * The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile/SAFe, along with a strong grasp of platform capabilities like Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Integrations, and Performance Analytics.

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite.
• Implement and optimize modules such as Demand Management, Project/Program/Portfolio Management, Road mapping, and Time Tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
• Leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities to build custom applications, workflows, and automated processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to track portfolio KPIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO, SAP) using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for implemented solutions.
• Ensure platform best practices, governance standards, and compliance policies are followed.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement of the ServiceNow SPM environment.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or PPM.
• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform (Glide, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and related ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, and CMDB integrations as they relate to SPM.
• Proven track record of working with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Service Portal.
• Experience with custom app development, data imports, and scoped applications.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and executive reporting.

Skills and Certifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Tokyo, Utah, or later versions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow SPM/PPM Implementation certification preferred.
• ITIL v3 certification
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
• Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
