Key Responsibilities
Act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for ServiceNow SPM
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements
Design application solutions aligned with business processes and objectives
Lead and manage team-level decisions and technical discussions
Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key design decisions
Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Test and validate applications against functional specifications
Mentor junior team members and support skill development
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Solid understanding of application design principles and methodologies
Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Experience with user experience (UX) design and usability testing
Additional Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in ServiceNow SPM
Total
7+ years of IT experience
15 years of full-time education
Ability to work from Bengaluru office (5 days WFO)
