Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist with 4-6 years of hands-on experience, including at least 2 years of focused work on CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of workflows, service processes, structured data, and enterprise-level scenario design within the ServiceNow platform.This role also involves contributing to AI model training workflows, requiring skills in prompt engineering, structured data preparation, and data validation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.
  • Work with workflows, cases, incidents, request management, SLAs, and knowledge management.
  • Author and validate JSON-based structured data for workflows, integrations, and training datasets.
  • Use SQL to perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of tasks and process flows.
  • Design realistic enterprise scenarios that align with ServiceNow functionalities and business processes.
  • Contribute to AI/ML model training pipelines by generating structured datasets and process-based scenarios.
  • Apply strong prompt engineering techniques to craft effective instructions for AI-driven processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, test cases, and configuration artifacts.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders; customer-facing experience is a strong advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-6 years of total experience with ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
  • Deep understanding of workflows, incidents, cases, requests, SLAs, KM, and service processes.
  • Strong experience with JSON authoring and structured data formats.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level scenarios mapped to ServiceNow processes.
  • Exposure to AI model training workflows and creation of structured training datasets.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and logical structuring.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with customers is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
  • Any one of the following:
  • ServiceNow CIS - CSM
  • ServiceNow CIS - HRSD
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows, training data preparation, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in prompt engineering.
