o ServiceNow implementation expert who will have deep expertise on ITxM, HAM, IRM, SecOps, BCM and work with TCS Technical Lead and LYB stakeholders as appropriate
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and problems related to ServiceNow modules. Perform RCA for recurring issues.
Develop and implement minor enhancement, business rules and catalog items. Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows and modules to meet requirement.
Develop enhancements under direction of the ServiceNow Technical Lead and LYB ServiceNow Product Owner
Provision access for users of the ServiceNow platform with appropriate approvals from the appropriate license owner
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, responding promptly and professionally and ensuring department SLAs are met
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance with licensing within ServiceNow
Perform testing and documentation of ServiceNow updates and releases
