We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

ServiceNow Lead/Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)

and

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

modules, with a strong ability to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM and ITAM. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow development and configuration. Conduct system and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools. Maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience with

ServiceNow ITOM

(Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management). Strong knowledge of

ServiceNow ITAM

(Hardware & Software Asset Management). Experience in designing and implementing CMDB models and integrations. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and ServiceNow Studio. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM/ITAM). Experience working in global delivery models and supporting US-based clients.
