Develop custom applications
and solutions within ServiceNow using:

ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.
Integrate ServiceNow
with external systems using:

REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, Web Services, and scripted APIs.
Implement automation and orchestration
for IT processes through Flow Designer and scripting.
Develop and maintain
client scripts, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and scheduled jobs
.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
Work closely with architects, admins, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in
platform upgrades, migrations, and patch management
.
Conduct code reviews, implement version control, and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6-10 years
of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong understanding of
ServiceNow ITSM processes
and configurations.
Proficiency in
JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow server/client scripting

Experience building

on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience with
REST/SOAP API integrations
