Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.Responsibility Includes:Design and implement integrations between CMDB, Service Catalog, and third-party systemsImplement and maintain data validation, normalization, and reconciliation rules for CMDB accuracyTroubleshoot integration issues and ensure performance, scalability, and securityDocument integration designs, data mappings, and technical specificationsDevelop ServiceNow Solutions in the ITSM, with minimum bugs and reworkCollaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practicesKeeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform.Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow.Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules.Your Future at Kyndryl

And finally, youre open and border less naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Experience8+ years hands on experience in ServiceNow developmentServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Application Developer (CAD)Expertise in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects: tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, and workflowsExperience in writing test cases and performing unit testing for quality assuranceStrong command of JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer scriptingIn-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Change, Request, Problem)Extensive hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)Experience in designing and maintaining Transform Maps and IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) rulesExperience integrating Service Catalog with CMDB for provisioning, updates, and asset creationExperience building dynamic catalog items, variables, UI policies, and associated workflowsKnowledge of CI lifecycle management, CI class modelling, and state transitionsAbility to maintain data integrity, perform reconciliation, and use CMDB Health DashboardsFamiliarity with Service Mapping and Discovery tools (beneficial, not mandatory)Strong experience in API integrations using REST, SOAP, and scripted APIsProficient in Integration Hub, JDBC, LDAP, and MID Server-based integrationsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceImplementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, its how we think and who we are.
