Key Responsibilities:



-

Design and configure ServiceNow Event Management including alert rules, event mapping, and deduplication logic

-

Develop correlation rules to suppress noise, - link related events, and auto-resolve incidents where applicable

-

Integrate ServiceNow Event Management with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.

-

Configure Connector Instances and troubleshoot MID Server issues for seamless data flow

-

Collaborate with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure accurate event-to-CI mapping

-

Integrate Service Mapping with Event Management to enrich alert context and improve incident response

-

Work closely with Incident and Problem Management teams to streamline alert-to-incident workflows

-

Build custom dashboards and reports to visualize event trends and system health

-

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ITOM solutions

-

Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance policies

-

Contribute to automation initiatives across ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and AIOps

Required Skills & Experience:



-

3-6 years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in ITOM Event Management

-

Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM architecture including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB

-

Expertise in configuring Event Rules, Alert Rules, Alert Management, and Correlation Rules

-

Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools

-

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

-

Familiarity with CMDB CI classes and data modeling

-

Strong troubleshooting skills for MID Servers, event connectors, and third-party integrations

-

Experience with Performance Analytics for Event Management

-

Solid grasp of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)

-

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Preferred Certifications & Bonus Skills:


-

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

-

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (Event Management / Discovery / Service Mapping)

-

Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence in ServiceNow

-

Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹155,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
