Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune, India ( 3 Days WFO Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Pay Range: 15 Lac
Role Overview/Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management to ensure accurate CMDB, operational visibility, and automation of IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery issues.
• Design and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, and data normalization.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies) using JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).
• Create and maintain Service Mapping patterns and Discovery schedules.
• Configure Event Management, alert rules, and correlation rules.
• Perform performance tuning and platform optimization.
• Support upgrades, patching, and ITOM best practices.
• Work closely with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Hands-on scripting in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Good knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL processes.
• Experience with MID Server setup and network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell).
• Integration experience using REST, SOAP, and Event Management connectors.
• Experience in cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD integrations.
