Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to our enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, along with strong scripting and debugging capabilities. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ITOM modules to enhance infrastructure visibility, operational efficiency, and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

• Design and implement MID Server configurations, ensuring proper connectivity and data collection.

• Develop and troubleshoot scripts, probes, sensors, and patterns for accurate discovery and service mapping.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, define solutions, and drive implementation.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance within the CMDB.

• Identify and resolve issues proactively; escalate where needed.

• Support end-to-end ITOM implementations and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping best practices.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow MID Server configuration.

• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting and debugging within ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise IT operations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
