Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant (SAM or HAM) to manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and software licenses, ensuring accurate tracking, vendor compliance, optimized usage, and cost control for a client in Chennai, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets.
Track licenses, entitlements, and ensure vendor compliance.
Maintain accurate records in HAM/SAM tools (ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow, Ivanti).
Optimize asset usage, control costs, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audits, renewals, and reporting. Requirements:
5+ years of combined Hardware and Software Asset Management experience.
Proficiency with ITAM/SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or Snow.
Strong knowledge of licensing models, ITIL, HAM, and SAM standards.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proven experience in audit support and compliance reporting. About Us:
