Responsibilities

Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to optimize infrastructure and enhance performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable cloud applications. Conduct hardware testing to ensure compatibility and performance within cloud environments. Manage and maintain asset inventories ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Monitor cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Implement best practices for cloud architecture and deployment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud services and processes. Engage in knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent support and service delivery. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in cloud development.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in hardware testing and asset management. Demonstrate proficiency in Service Now for IT service management. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a valuable asset. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
