Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asset Management Hardware Testing and Service Now. A background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires adaptability to rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment without the need for travel.

Lead the analysis and management of assets to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency. Oversee hardware testing processes to guarantee the highest standards of quality and performance. Provide expert support and solutions using Service Now to enhance IT service management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline asset management processes. Develop and implement strategies to improve hardware testing methodologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems. Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and accuracy of asset records. Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in asset management. Monitor and report on the performance of hardware testing initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their asset management needs. Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent support and service delivery. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in Asset Management and its application in a corporate environment. Possess strong technical skills in Hardware Testing ensuring high-quality outcomes. Exhibit expertise in Service Now for effective IT service management. Have a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance enhancing domain knowledge.
