Job Title: ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Developer
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field is acceptable.
• MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with strong exposure to ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITOM/ITSM concepts, workflows, and best practices.
• Excellent proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Glide, Jelly, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, etc.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with AngularJS
• ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM certifications

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules as per business requirements.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and UI components.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and prioritize system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure platform stability.
• Ensure smooth support and maintenance of ITOM/ITSM implementations, including incident resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, best practices, and industry trends.
