We are hiring a

ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Engineer

with strong

Playwright automation testing

expertise to support enterprise GRC and risk management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations along with modern UI and API automation using Playwright.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow IRM / GRC

Implement and customize ServiceNow IRM modules including: Risk Management Policy & Compliance Audit Management Vendor Risk Management (VRM) Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and forms Support system integrations and UAT activities

Playwright Automation

Develop UI automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript) Automate ServiceNow IRM workflows and user journeys Perform REST API automation testing Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines

Quality & Delivery

Ensure platform stability, performance, and quality Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies Maintain test scripts, test cases, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong IRM / GRC focus Hands-on experience with Playwright automation (JavaScript / TypeScript) Experience in ServiceNow UI and REST API automation testing Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform components Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Experience working in Agile environments
