We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and custom API integration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Design and integrate custom APIs to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow development.
• Experience with custom API integration in ServiceNow.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
