ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
module. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Integrations, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customize
ServiceNow HRSD modules
including HR Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.
Develop and implement
HR workflows, catalog items, and service portals
to enhance employee engagement and service delivery.
Integrate HRSD with
third-party systems
(e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Active Directory).
Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain data integrity across HR tables and
optimize system performance
.
Ensure compliance with
ITIL and HR best practices
within ServiceNow.
Develop
reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
for HR metrics and SLAs.
Perform
system administration
, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of configurations and updates.
Participate in
ServiceNow upgrades
and implement new HRSD features.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
3-6 years
of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on
HRSD implementation
.
Strong knowledge of
HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center
.
Hands-on experience with
Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications
.
Experience integrating with
HRIS systems
(Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with
ITSM and CMDB
modules is an added advantage.
Understanding of
ITIL processes
and
ServiceNow platform architecture
.
Proficient in
JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, and Business Rules
.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
and
HRSD Implementation Specialist certification
preferred.
