Job Description

Looking for 6-12 years of experience in SN Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD module ensuring optimal performance and availability Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades Configure and customize the HRSD module to meet business requirements Scripting Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript GlideScript and other scripting languages within ServiceNow Create and manage business rules client scripts UI policies, and UI actions. Integration Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST SOAP APIs MID Server and Integration Hub Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues CMDB Configuration Management Database Maintain and update the CMDB to ensure accurate and up to date information Implement best practices for CMDB data management and governance Application Development
