Key Responsibilities


Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance visibility and control over IT infrastructure


Develop best practices for Discovery Event Management Service Mapping and Cloud Management within ServiceNow


Ensure compliance with industry standards and governance policies related to IT operations


Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions


Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM and ITOM modules for seamless operations


Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on ServiceNow implementations


Optimize workflows automation and reporting to improve efficiency


Conduct training sessions and documentation for end users and administrators


Required Skills Qualifications


Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM and IT Service Management ITSM


Strong understanding of CMDB Configuration Management Database Discovery and Service Mapping


Expertise in ServiceNow development configuration and integration


Ability to design scalable and efficient solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem


Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM or ITIL Foundation are preferred
